Multi-objective Topology Optimization of the Temperature Field Considering the Material Nonlinearities

Abstract This paper presents a multi-objective topology optimization method for the temperature field considering material nonlinearities. Although large number of papers have studied optimizations heat transfer problems, none them considered influence nonlinearity properties. In this paper, is considered. Based on nonlinear assumption, mathematical model corresponding presented first. Then, sensitivities objectives and constraints respect to design variables are derived. And routines discussed. After establishing theories solving scheme, software developed by MATLAB transfer. Several numerical examples presented. optimal results generated under linear assuming also collected comparisons. Furthermore, simply discusses preventing approaches instabilities implementation methods some other unusual engineering constraints. These true considerations very helpful real industry experiences.
